Annual Report: New Growth, More Opportunity 2015
In 2015, new growth provided more opportunities to our participants. We partnered with 3,119 people as the redefined themselves through EMERGE services. In March, we opened the EMERGE Career & Technology Center, expanding our ability to provide training for in-demand careers. In August, we merged with Momentum Enterprises, resulting in more opportunities to help low-income people learn skills and build a positive work history.

Annual Report: Better Jobs, Better Lives, Better Community 2014
In 2014, we sharpened our efforts to create better jobs, better lives, and better community. We partnered with 2,589 people as they redefined themselves through jobs, training, and other key services. We helped our participants think beyond a low wage job - strong partnerships and new training initiatives supported participants as they launched careers. We also moved through a full year of construction on the EMERGE Career & Technology Center.

Annual Report: Celebrate 2013
In 2013, we celebrate that 2,057 people redefined themselves through EMERGE's employment, training, housing, and financial services. We broke ground on the EMERGE Career and Technology Center and won the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce Nonprofit of the Year award.

Annual Report: Emerging Stories 2012
In 2012, EMERGE served 2,012 people through holistic services, in their journeys to redefine themselves. We completed our $6.5 million capital campaign to transform the Historic North Branch Library into the EMERGE Career and Technology Center, and we held our first fundraising dinner, called “Invest in Opportunities”, with over 200 guests.
