EMERGE’s housing programs help families who have struggled with homelessness and meet income guidelines, especially families with a single, custodial father. We provide a family advocate, children’s programming, and community-building activities. Participants have access to all other EMERGE services, as they work toward permanent and stable housing.
All housing participants are expected to work with our Financial Opportunity Center. With the help of a financial coach, you will work toward reducing your debt, building credit, and setting some attainable financial goals. The overall goal of EMERGE housing programs is to help families who have struggled with chronic homelessness stabilize and grow into self-sufficiency.
