Emerge staff partner with clients to conduct a needs assessment and create Individual and/or Family Development Plans that address short and long-term employment, training, housing, and financial goals.  Emerge staff work closely with clients throughout the process of preparing for, achieving, and retaining gainful employment and/or housing, self-reliance, and family sustainability.
