EMERGE recently obtained the North Branch Library and completed a $6.5 million capital campaign to renovate the Library into the EMERGE Career and Technology Center (ECTC). ECTC will be a technology-focused workforce development center with community conference facilities and rental office space.

EMERGE acted as a co-developer of a highly successful commercial redevelopment of a long abandoned property at 1101 West Broadway in North Minneapolis. EMERGE partnered with the Ackerberg Group and City County Federal Credit Union; the facility is also the home of the EMERGE headquarters.

In 2007, EMERGE completed a co-development of Camden Apartments, a 23-unit supportive housing project in North Minneapolis. This project is a partnership with Project for Pride in Living (PPL) and targets homeless custodial fathers and their families.

We are committed to creating economic opportunities in our communities.
