EMERGE staff supports families in locating and qualifying for housing within one of our two apartment complexes, and also in the private market.  As well, Emerge Villages assists families in accessing permanent rental subsidies to achieve greater affordability.   Emerge Villages’ apartment complexes are located in North and South Minneapolis.  Units range anywhere from two to five- bedrooms for larger families.
