Emerge Villages has combined safe, affordable housing with cultural community-building and relational programming that occurs in conjunction with partnering organizations.  With on-site, intensive case management, staff works to address multiple barriers facing formerly homeless families, and ensures access to services.  Through both scattered-site transitional and site-based permanent supportive housing, Emerge Villages addresses the fundamental causes that have kept a sizable number of families homeless.
