Overview of Emerge Workforce Focus Area:

<p dir="ltr">Emerge recognizes the interplay among various systems and the affects these systems may have on homeless families (both positive and negative).&nbsp; Through a <em>Family Development</em> approach, our supportive housing programs initiate, respond, advocate, and collaborates with families and other external partners to reduce or eliminate barriers.</p> <p dir="ltr">At Emerge, we understand that homelessness is not the result of merely a lack of housing, but a variety of underlying, unmet needs of families including physical, economic, and social issues.
