Reentry Services

Reentry Services

Welcome to EMERGE’s reentry program, designed to support individuals with criminal backgrounds. We understand the challenges you face and are here to offer a continuum of comprehensive services tailored to meet your needs.

Whether you’re incarcerated, recently released, or seeking support for someone in this situation, EMERGE’s reentry program provides a variety of assistance. Our services encompass financial aid, housing resources, career coaching, specialized job training, transitional job placements, and a compassionate team dedicated to holistic support.

Within our reentry program, we offer three distinct avenues for assistance:

  1. RESTORE: Geared towards individuals with a criminal history who encounter barriers to employment. We’re committed to helping you overcome these obstacles and achieve sustainable success.
  2. ProPEL: Specifically designed to aid those soon to be released from MN State DOC facilities. Our goal is to provide guidance, resources, and preparation for a successful transition back into society.
  3. RTR (ReEntry Trauma Recovery Groups): Designed to provide a safe space for all participants to receive guidance, advice and the tools to needed overcome past traumas.

At EMERGE, we believe in second chances and are here to help you navigate the path toward a brighter future. Whether you’re seeking a fresh start or supporting someone through their reentry journey, join us as we pave the way for positive change and empowerment.
